Loving Life!

Carissa has been having so much fun!! She is 6 months old today!! Wow how fast those 6 months went by! She is so much fun and loving everything! Everyone always comments on how happy she is:)
I haven't had a chance till now to post all of her fun adventures and cute pics from last week! So here they are and I will post her 6 month photo shoot soon! Still have to take those shots baby girl is napping after her 6 month Dr. appt. She was so good even though she had to get her shots and only cried for a bit. She is now 28 inches long and in the 97th percentile for height! (Don't know where she gets that from!) And she is 14lbs 4oz and 18th percentile for weight. She is such a mover and shaker that she stays trim:) But she still has those cute pudgy legs:) She is now starting to rock on all fours and scooting around, although she likes to scoot backwards more right now. Such a happy girl and loving life!

Last day of kindergarten:) Mommy went in to help out with close out and paper work and Carissa hung out with Mommy's favorite kindergartners:)

A Monday at the Cottage:)

Since we were at the our family cottage on Honeoye Lake for Father's Day on Sunday we decided to stay over and enjoy the day there Monday too. Daddy works from home was able to get online there so we enjoyed the day at the lake and Daddy had a nice view while he worked and took breaks for fun with us. It was a great lazy Monday:)

And we had lots more fun the rest of the week too:) Here are some other highlights I missed before:)

Summer Loving!

We love Summer! Having so much fun playing outside and enjoying the hot weather! Carissa loves playing in her pool and just splashes away! She is scooting all over and still loves jumping in her jumperoo! She likes eating some veggies now, squash seems to be the favorite. It's fun to eat outside and it's ok to make a mess. Here are some fun highlights from this past week:)

Wanted to sit in Mommy's lap while she got her teeth cleaned at the dentist. So my hygenist Mary gave her a tooth brush to play with! Carissa loved it! And it's now a favorite toy:)

Babcie watched Carissa while Mommy went to her good friend from growing up Jackie's bridal shower! Mommy had a great time with her friends while Carissa had a great time playing with Babci!

Mommy went into school one last time since it was her kindergarten class's graduation. Mommy had this class right up to Christmas break on December 21st. And then 6 days later Carissa was born. Mommy and Carissa go in often to visit her K class. Babci and Dziedzie drove in from Syracuse to watch Rissa all day while Mommy went to school for her kindergartners very special last day and graduation songs and fun!

Mommy did love her kindergartners! They were so excited!

They were Mommy's best class and were so good to their teacher when she was pregnant with Carissa:)
