Favorite Things...Hutchinson Island:)

To continue my list of favorite things....


A place that always makes us smile, is the beach that Andy has gone too since he was born! Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach, Florida definitely makes the top of my list as one of my "favorite things"!

These are a Few of my Favorite Things

I have not put anything on here in awhile and I thought I would just have some fun and try a blog challenge so I am going to try to update here more often with just random things. There are so many things in this world that make me just smile even when things aren't going exactly as we would like so I thought I would share for the next few months "a few of my favorite things". After hearing this song from one of my favorites The Sound of Music, I thought of this idea. I always loved this song and movie as a child and it always made me smile so I thought why not start with that. :)

Just Beautiful

Just wanted to share the beautiful picture of Faith's name written in the sand. It came out so beautiful at sunset. I know she is smiling down from heaven. We love you Faith Joy! Merry Christmas!

Remembering Faith this Christmas

I have the best and sweetest husband ever. We had our own little Christmas last night. We both were thinking of Faith. I gave Andy a cross with her name on it. I saw it the other day and it was just perfect. I kept saying how I wanted a bigger and special memory box for her. Well, Andy being the thoughtful and sweet husband that he is, got us just that and put our special memories of Faith in there. He also found another perfect ornament with Faith's name on it for our tree.

We put her ornament on the top of the tree right above the HOPE ornament from a friend. It looks beautiful just like she is. We our remembering Faith this Christmas and how she has touched our lives. We feel so blessed to have each other and have hope for what is to come.

I also got a bracelet in memory of Faith. So I can have her with me wherever I go. I love it.

Now today is Andy's birthday.  For his birthday we received a beautiful surprise gift. I had put Faith's name on the rainbow wait list to be written in the sand and photographed. You can find the beautiful story about the wonderful lady who writes our lost angels names on her website. The wait list to have her name written opened on Thanksgiving Day and now her name has been written in the sand on Andy's birthday today.What a wonderful birthday present! So very special. I have just ordered the picture of her name and will post it on here soon.

This Christmas has had many blessings already and has been bittersweet. We hope everyone is enjoying this Christmas season and wish everyone many blessings!

It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas

The snow is falling and it looks like a Christmas card outside. Such a wonderful time of year to reach out and be kind to others. Just wanted everyone to know how much we love all of you and hope you are enjoying the holiday season. Just wanted to share our Christmas tree and our pretty nativity scene below that I love so much. An angel ornament on the top branch is in memory of our Angel Faith Joy.

Remembering Faith

Just looking at our angel ornament for Faith on our tree. Looks so pretty with the lights and soft snow outside the window. Tears come to my eyes as I think of her. I wish she could be here with us, but she must have just been too special to be with us here on earth. I wanted to share this video as it makes me think of our angel Faith and brings tears to my eyes but it also brings me peace. We love you forever our angel Faith Joy.

Faith

It's the most wonderful time of the year! It's the holiday season! Hope everyone had a very happy Thanksgiving! We have been enjoying this time of year and had a nice Thanksgiving. We have been doing better lately and learning through this life experience. Leaning on God for understanding and getting stronger through it all. We did find out the day before Thanksgiving that we have a daughter. Her name is Faith Joy and she is now our angel in heaven. We love and miss her so much but we know that God has a plan and it is good.
We also had the amazing opportunity to go to Vancouver BC over Thanksgiving weekend to share with a business team out there. What a great group of people. We had an amazing time and are in awe of how many beautiful places there are in this world! We are so thankful. Happy holiday season!
