What a wonderful Christmas, 1st Birthday and New Year Carissa had! We had so much fun having Daddy home with us for over a week! There are so many pics that Mommy will try to post soon. But for now I will post just a few highlights. We played in the snow and then went to Strong Museum of Play on Carissa's 1st birthday and then out for Hibachi since she loves to watch them cook and she loves to eat rice! Then on Sunday Dec 30th we played in the pool with our playgroup friends and had a blast at the Perinton Pool! We still have our family birthday party at our house this Saturday, January 5th since it was a good time to get everyone together after the holiday.
On New Year's Eve we went to visit our friends Matt & Marie and their little boy Matty. We stayed over night at their house and the kids played great and we had so much fun. Then on New Year's Day we took Carissa to Canada for the first time and drove by the Niagara Falls and then went to Niagara-On-the-Lake where Mommy and Daddy got engaged and went in some shops and had lunch by the fireplace at the Pillar and Post Spa. It was a great way to start the New Year! We enjoy all our wonderful memories of Carissa's first year and are looking forward to 2013! It's going to be great! Happy New Year!
